These terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, subscribers, and creators of agents.
ALL content delivered by da Vinci agents — including newsletters, briefings, summaries, recommendations, horoscopes, fitness plans, career advice, and any other outputs — is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) language models.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. It is produced by automated systems and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
You must not rely on AI-generated content from this Platform as a substitute for: medical or health advice from a qualified practitioner; legal advice from a qualified solicitor or attorney; financial or investment advice from a regulated advisor; any other professional advice requiring specific qualifications or licensing.
da Vinci makes no representation that content delivered is factually accurate, current, or appropriate for any particular purpose. The AI systems used may produce content that is plausible-sounding but incorrect — sometimes referred to as "hallucination". You use all AI-generated outputs entirely at your own risk.
Content personalised to your profile is based on the responses you provide during onboarding. The accuracy of personalisation is limited by both the information you provide and the inherent limitations of AI language models.
da Vinci provides a platform that enables users to subscribe to AI-powered personal agents and creators to build such agents. Agents collect user preferences through an onboarding process and use these preferences to generate personalised content delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other supported channels.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are found to be creating harmful or deceptive content.
If you use the Platform to create and publish agents, you take full responsibility for the configuration of those agents, including the questions they ask, the instructions given to the AI, and the sources referenced.
You must not create agents designed to: spread misinformation; impersonate real individuals or organisations; target vulnerable users with misleading health or financial claims; collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for personalisation; violate the rights of any third party.
As a creator you acknowledge that the AI outputs your agents produce are generated automatically and you cannot guarantee their accuracy. You must not represent AI-generated content as being authored by a human professional unless it has been reviewed and verified by one.
da Vinci reserves the right to remove any agent from the Platform at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Platform to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
Automated access to the Platform (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without express written permission is prohibited.
The da Vinci name, logo, platform design, and software are the intellectual property of da Vinci and may not be reproduced without express permission.
Content you submit during onboarding (your responses, preferences) remains yours. You grant da Vinci a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content solely for the purpose of personalising your agent outputs.
AI-generated content produced by the Platform in response to your profile is not owned by you or da Vinci in any intellectual property sense. We make no copyright claims over AI outputs delivered to you.
Agents may reference, summarise, or link to third-party content from websites, publications, and other sources. da Vinci does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the accuracy, safety, or legality of any third-party content.
The Platform uses third-party services including but not limited to: Google (authentication, AI), Amazon Web Services (infrastructure), Firebase (database and storage), and messaging delivery providers. Use of the Platform is subject to these providers' terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, da Vinci and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
This includes without limitation any damages arising from: reliance on AI-generated content; inaccurate personalisation; failure to receive deliveries; interruption to service; or any other use or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is less.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
da Vinci is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide reasonable notice and these terms will be updated accordingly.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Continued use of the Platform after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
